Factory / Production Manager

Role:

Responsible for complete factory operations, production planning, quality control, manpower management, and compliance for a footwear materials manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end production across all departments Plan production, improve efficiency, reduce wastage & downtime Implement SOPs, lean manufacturing & 5S Ensure quality standards, audits, and compliance Lead, train, and manage factory manpower Track KPIs and report to management
Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Production/Mechanical/Textile or similar 5-10 years experience in Sports shoes manufacturing Strong leadership, QC, and process knowledge
Salary: ?3.6 - ?6 LPA
