Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end production activities in the interior/joinery factory.
Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules in coordination with project teams.
Supervise production staff and assign responsibilities for smooth workflow.
Monitor material availability, cutting lists, and quality checks at every stage.
Coordinate with design and procurement teams for timely delivery of drawings and materials.
Ensure adherence to project deadlines and maintain production efficiency.
Implement quality control standards and ensure zero defect deliveries.
Track factory performance metrics such as output, wastage, and manpower efficiency.
Ensure health, safety, and compliance protocols are followed within the facility.
Provide technical guidance and process improvements for operational excellence.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience in production management within an interior or furniture manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of modular furniture, joinery, and material handling.
Excellent leadership, planning, and time management skills.
Strong communication and team coordination abilities.
