:

• Hands on experience in drawing / proving Jigs & Fixtures.
• Creation of setup, operation sheets & stage drawing for different jobs.
• Supervising machine shop & Fabrication consisting of Horizontal & vertical boring (CNC & Conventional), VMC, CNC Grinding machine, CNC Lathe, VTL, CNC Gun drilling and Radial Drilling machines,
• Preplanning jigs, fixtures for both shop and CNC part program for next load of each workstation.
• Evaluate experimental procedures and recommend changes or modifications for efficiency and adaptability to set up and production.
• Implementing lean techniques through autonomous maintenance to reduce production loses and improves shop performance.
• Carry out continual improvement activities in the shop to improve the processes.
• Motivation of the manpower by encouraging the participation in small group activities, Training and TPM kaizen teams.
• TPM initiative taken along with the maintenance team to avoid unexpected break down of machines which leads to better productivity.
• Programming of various CNC machine tools, to produce milled & turned castings, fabricated structures to tight tolerances.
• Design and Manufacture of Jigs and Fixtures as per the requirements.
• Optimization of process flow.
