Job Description

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process to ensure that products are produced efficiently and meet quality standards. They will develop and implement production strategies, manage production schedules, monitor production performance, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The Production Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of production professionals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production strategies and policies that align with the company\'s goals and objectives
• Plan and manage production schedules, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining quality standards
• Monitor production performance and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices, and maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Manage production budgets and track expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Work closely with other departments to ensure that production activities are aligned with overall business goals
• Manage a team of production professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives

• Bachelor\'s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in production management, with a demonstrated track record of success
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team of production professionals
• Knowledge of production management software and systems
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
