Job Title: Manager - Control Panel Manufacturing (LT Range)

Department: Production

Location: Karoli Bhiwadi Rajasthan

Job Purpose:

To lead and manage the end-to-end manufacturing operations of LT Control Panels, ensuring

on-time delivery, quality compliance, cost control, and continual improvement in

manufacturing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

₹ Production Planning & Execution:

o Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on order book

and material availability.

o Ensure timely and efficient execution of manufacturing processes for LT

panels like PCC, MCC, AMF, ATS, APFC, and synchronizing panels.

₹ Quality Assurance & Compliance:

o Ensure adherence to internal quality standards and customer specifications.

o Lead efforts for continual improvement and defect reduction using tools like

5S, Kaizen, and root cause analysis.

₹ Resource Management:

o Manage manpower allocation across shifts and maintain high productivity.

o Coordinate with stores, purchase, design, and project teams for smooth

workflow and timely material availability.

₹ Technical Oversight:

o Interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and general arrangement

layouts.

o Provide technical support in wiring, busbar selection, assembly techniques,

and testing procedures.

o Providing solution for trouble shoot at site to the service engineers

₹ Process Improvement:

o Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and optimize layout, tools, and workflow.

o Implement SOPs and best practices in fabrication, wiring, assembly, and

testing.

₹ Testing & Dispatch:

o Supervise panel testing (routine and type) as per relevant IS/IEC standards.

o Coordinate final inspection, documentation, and dispatch schedules.

₹ Team Leadership:

o Train and mentor shop floor supervisors and technicians.

o Foster a culture of safety, discipline, and accountability.

Qualifications & Experience:

₹ Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics

Engineering

₹ Experience: 8-12 years of experience in LT Control Panel manufacturing, with at

least 3 years in a managerial role

Key Skills:

₹ Strong understanding of LT switchgear and control circuits

₹ Hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, etc

₹ Leadership and team management skills

₹ Familiarity with ISO 9001 and electrical safety standards

₹ Ability to handle pressure and meet delivery timelines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
