Job Description

An experienced Production Manager with strong expertise in end-to-end manufacturing operations within the lighting industry, including LED luminaires, fixtures, and electrical components. Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and control production processes to ensure timely delivery, consistent quality, and cost efficiency.

Skilled in managing production teams, optimizing workflows, and implementing quality control systems in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Adept at coordinating with design, procurement, and quality departments to ensure smooth execution from raw material sourcing to finished goods dispatch.

Demonstrates strong leadership, problem-solving, and process-improvement capabilities, with a focus on reducing wastage, improving productivity, and meeting customer and regulatory requirements. Well-versed in production planning, inventory control, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement practices.
