Key Responsibilities
Production Planning & Execution
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
Align production output with sales forecasts and inventory plans
Ensure timely execution without compromising quality
Operations Management
Manage manpower, machinery, and production workflows
Ensure optimal utilization of plant capacity
Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements
Quality Assurance
Ensure strict adherence to FSSAI, hygiene, and safety norms
Implement SOPs, quality checks, and traceability systems
Minimize wastage and rejections
Machinery & Capacity Management
Maintain machine specifications and capacity documentation
Coordinate preventive maintenance and breakdown handling
Assess production scalability based on machinery capability
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain daily production reports & MIS
Coordinate with Procurement, QA, Sales & Finance teams
Support audits and compliance reviews
