. We are looking for an experienced and efficient
Production Manager
to oversee production operations and ensure quality, cost control, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and control daily production activities
Ensure production targets are met within timelines and budgets
Manage manpower, machinery, and raw materials effectively
Maintain quality standards and implement process improvements
Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams
Monitor inventory, production reports, and wastage control
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and company policies
Handle production scheduling and troubleshooting issues
Support management in scaling production capacity
Requirements
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Production, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
Strong leadership and team-management skills
Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and cost management
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience with ERP or production software is an advantage
Fluent in hindi
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
