As part of our expansion in the Frozen Foods Division, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure product quality, and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organise, and control production operations for the Frozen Division to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Oversee the production process, ensuring compliance with food safety, FSSAI, and quality assurance standards.
Manage workforce scheduling, shift planning, and performance monitoring.
Coordinate with the Quality Control, Maintenance, and Supply Chain departments for smooth operations.
Maintain production records, yield reports, wastage analysis, and downtime logs.
Train and develop production staff to maintain high performance and safety standards.
