Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager located in Kozhikode. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production process, coordinating with designers and suppliers, managing a team of production staff, ensuring quality control, maintaining production schedules, and optimizing resource use. The role also involves troubleshooting production issues and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

Experience in production management and team coordination Knowledge of quality control and process optimization Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain coordination Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in the furniture or interior design industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
