Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

Production Manager

to oversee and manage the production of

steel windows and frames

. The role involves planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing processes to ensure quality products are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have experience in metal fabrication, window frame assembly, welding, surface finishing, and a strong understanding of production workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end production process of steel windows - cutting, welding, assembly, surface treatment, and finishing. Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet customer orders and project deadlines. Ensure product quality standards are met by closely working with the quality control team. Optimize resource utilization (manpower, machinery, and material) to reduce waste and increase productivity. Supervise shop floor staff, allocate tasks, and ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols. Coordinate with design, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless workflow from material procurement to product dispatch. Monitor production KPIs and implement improvements to reduce lead times and manufacturing costs. Maintain equipment and machinery; ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed. Oversee the training and development of shop floor workers in welding, fabrication, and assembly techniques. Maintain accurate production records and generate reports for senior management.

Key Skills and Competencies:

Strong knowledge of steel fabrication and window manufacturing processes. Experience in welding (MIG/TIG), cutting, bending, and powder coating or painting processes. Ability to read technical drawings and translate them into production steps. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Knowledge of safety standards (e.g., PPE usage, machine safety, fire safety).
