Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager in Jewellery manufacturing field to oversee our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the jewellery production process to ensure efficient and timely production of goods. The Production Supervisor will also be responsible for managing a team of production workers and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Plan and prioritize production schedules to meet production goals Supervise and motivate production team members Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality Train new employees on production processes and safety procedures Maintain production records and reports Identify and implement process improvements Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Requirements

Male candidates only need to apply Previous experience in a manufacturing environment Proven experience in a supervisory role Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills Certification or degree in a relevant field is a plus
