We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Production Manager

to lead and optimize our marble manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing production processes, managing staff, ensuring quality standards, and improving productivity in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes from raw material to finished goods. Ensure products are produced on time and meet quality standards. Manage production schedules and workflow to meet customer demand. Supervise and motivate production staff; enforce safety and company policies. Monitor equipment, conduct routine maintenance checks, and coordinate repairs. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address and resolve production issues. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and logistics teams.
