Core Responsibilities

Project-Based Planning:

Instead of daily quotas, you manage

Project Timelines

. You must coordinate the transition from Design ? Procurement ? Fabrication ? Assembly ? Testing (FAT).

Cross-Functional Coordination:

You act as the bridge between

Mechanical Design, Electrical Engineering, and Software Teams

to ensure the physical build matches the logic and design.

Resource Allocation:

Managing a high-skill workforce (Fitters, Electricians, PLC Programmers) across multiple different machine builds simultaneously.

Vendor & Procurement Management:

Since SPMs often require custom-machined parts or specialized sensors, you must track long-lead items to ensure they arrive exactly when the assembly phase begins.

Trial & Debugging Oversight:

Supervising the "Dry Run" and "Final Trial" phases. In SPM, this is where the most critical problem-solving happens before the machine is shipped to the client.

Quality & Compliance:

Ensuring the machine meets specific client URS (User Requirement Specifications) and safety standards (like CE or OSHA).

Pay: ₹18,008.60 - ₹69,229.50 per month
