We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in production management, process optimization, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all production activities to ensure smooth operations.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets efficiently.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and planning departments.
Monitor manpower, materials, and machine utilization for optimal performance.
Implement continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience (20+ years) in a manufacturing setup.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Good communication and reporting abilities.
