are CE certified as well. In addition, some products are also tested and certified as per the various NFPA / ASTM
norms. Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for operation and operational staff control and management. 2) Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction
3) Manage all task for smooth production, smooth final inspection pass, and on-time shipment
4) Responsible to prepare production plans weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. 5) Coordinates with the quality manager so that defective or faulty goods are not produced. 6) Will have a pre-production sample prepared and compared with the originally approved sample
7) Ensures that materials are organized at each stage of processing
8) Coordinate all department for smooth Garments manufacturing 9) Closely monitor sewing and finishing getting the best possible output and giving direction on the
floor. 10) Setup the sewing line, check consumption, costing, and inventory.
11) Strictly follow up hourly production and work for increasing 12) Lead all production staff from the front and having good command on them.
13) Ensure complete tasks to make finished goods from raw materials.
14) Communicate always with the merchandising team and solve every production-related issues involved merchandising.
15) Achieve maximum production by the lowest cost 16) Appointing and interviewing all production staff and their salary fixation.
17) Guide team for increasing production 18) Communicate with top management directly when need in any issues of his factory. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES: 1) Should be Diploma/ BE/ B.Tech
2) Minimum 10 years of experience in handling production line.
