Job Title: Production Manager (Automation & Control Panels)

Experience: 5-8 Years

Location: Bangalore Jigani Hobli

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Scheduling

: Develop and manage production schedules, optimizing resource allocation (manpower, machinery) for timely delivery.

Automation & Control Systems

: Oversee implementation, operation, and maintenance of PLC, HMI, SCADA systems, and robotic automation, ensuring system reliability and efficiency.

Process Optimization

: Drive continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and streamline automated workflows.

Team Leadership

: Supervise, train, and motivate production staff, fostering skill development in automation and operational best practices.

Quality Assurance

: Implement and maintain stringent quality standards, ensuring automated processes consistently produce compliant products.

Budget & Cost Management

: Monitor production costs, manage budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities within automated systems.

Safety & Compliance

: Enforce strict health, safety, and regulatory compliance, especially concerning automated equipment and electrical panels.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

: Liaise with engineering, procurement, sales, and maintenance teams to integrate automation effectively.

Performance Monitoring

: Utilize data analytics to track KPIs, troubleshoot issues, and report performance to senior management.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Automation) or related field.

Proven experience in production management and industrial automation (PLCs, Robotics, SCADA).

Strong understanding of electrical panel design, wiring, and control systems.

Excellent problem-solving, project management, and leadership abilities.

Pay: ₹20,800.55 - ₹80,000.00 per month
