Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and manage daily production operations to meet delivery schedules and quality targets. Lead and supervise production teams, ensuring optimum utilization of manpower and resources. Coordinate with PPC, Design, Quality, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely material availability. Monitor production performance, efficiency, and output metrics to ensure adherence to targets. Implement and maintain lean manufacturing practices and process improvements. Ensure strict compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and company policies. Identify bottlenecks and initiate corrective actions to minimize downtime and improve throughput. Manage and control production costs while optimizing resource utilization. Conduct regular reviews, training, and performance appraisals for production staff. Prepare production reports and metrics for management review. Drive initiatives for workplace discipline, team development, and continuous process optimization.
Desired Skills & Attributes

4-5 years of experience in production management, preferably in cable assembly, wiring harness, or related electrical/electronic manufacturing industries. Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related engineering discipline. Proven experience in production planning, workflow management, and manpower supervision. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement practices. o Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to ERP/MRP systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Commitment to quality, safety, and timely delivery.
