Job Title: Production Manager

Experience: 12 to 15 Years

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial engineering or equivalent
Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production activities to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets. Implement and optimize lean manufacturing practices to improve efficiency. Monitor and control production schedules and resource allocation. Ensure adherence to industry standards and quality assurance protocols. (e.g., IATF, ISO). Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams for smooth operations. Manage and train production staff to enhance performance and productivity. Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality. Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and drive continuous improvement projects. Generate reports on production performance and KPIs for management review.

Key Requirements:

Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and quality standards. Hands-on experience with automation, assembly processes, and lean manufacturing. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with automotive parts manufacturing (Sensors, Solenoids, Coils, etc.) is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
