Job Summary: Responsible for managing the end-to-end production of skin care, personal care, and color cosmetic products. Ensure efficient operations, high product quality, timely delivery, and adherence to regulatory and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan, organize, and supervise daily production operations for skin care, personal care, and color cosmetics.2. Ensure products meet quality standards and comply with SOPs, GMP, and regulatory requirements.3. Manage, train, and evaluate production staff.4. Coordinate with QA/QC, R&D, and supply chain for process optimization and new product launches.5. Maintain machinery, production schedules, records, and safety compliance. Qualifications & Skills: 1. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Cosmetic Science, or related field.2. 5+ years experience in production management of cosmetic, personal care, or color cosmetic products.3. Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO, and regulatory requirements.4. Leadership, problem-solving, and effective communication skills.5. Hands-on experience with cosmetic production machinery and processes.
