Production Manager:

Qualification: BE Mechanical.

Required Key Skills:

1. Managing skilled labour in Refrigeration and air conditioning. 2. Mechanical Engg production. 3. Fabrication. 4. Industrial Machinery Manufacturing 5. Expert in system integration.

Refrigeration and air conditioning Experience is mandatory

:

Assembly of Filters

Understand the engineering drawings and specifications to plan layout, assembly of filter housing, filter elements and drains

Estimate the material required to complete the task and obtain the material from the Stores as per the BOM and drawings

Lay out and position parts as per the set specifications and timelines

Check the quality of the drilling, fitting and assembly is per the set specifications

Test the filter for the desired results

Re-work if any deviations are observed in the test results

Use the materials and resources efficiently in order reduce wastage

Maintain and file all the ISO related documentation

Comply with standards and procedures of Safety Regulations

Adherence to timelines in assembling of filter components

Percentage reduction in wastage of materials

Percentage reduction in re-work

Accuracy of ISO documentation

Team Relationship

Attend office on time in a well groomed condition and maintain good relationship with other employees and superior

Employee satisfaction survey

MIS

Prepare a daily report on work completed for the day

Accuracy of MIS reports

Percentage adherence to timelines in submission of MIS reports

Additional Responsibilities

Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?85,000.00 per month
