Job Description

1. Plan, organize, and control sheet metal production processes (cutting, bending, welding, punching, assembly).

2. Develop and implement ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 standards within the production unit.

3. Ensure adherence to quality standards and maintain documentation as per ISO requirements.

4. Conduct internal audits, prepare for external ISO audits, and drive continuous improvements.

5. Coordinate with the Quality team for corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

6. Maintain production records, process flow charts, SOPs, and work instructions as per ISO guidelines.

7. Drive lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S for efficiency and waste reduction.

8. Monitor daily production output, manpower utilization, and machine efficiency.

9. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental policies.

10. Train, mentor, and develop the production workforce on ISO practices and shop floor discipline.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
