Job Role: AM/DM Manager Production

Location: Devanahalli SEZ(Bangalore)

Industry Exposure:

Aerospace and Manufacture Industry (Must)

Experience:

9+years

Notice period: 15 days or less

CTC upto : 12LPA

Location: Should be in Bangalore

Responsibilities:

o

Production Oversight:

Manage and coordinate daily production activities to ensure timely

And efficient manufacturing of precision parts and assemblies.

o

Process Management:

Oversee operations in precision turning, milling, VTL, double

Column machining, welding, heat treatment, forming, and surface finishing. Ensure

Adherence to quality standards and process specifications.

o

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and manage production staff, fostering a collaborative

And productive work environment.

o

Problem Solving:

Address and resolve production issues promptly, applying strong

Analytical skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

o

Continuous Improvement:

Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives,

Leveraging data and feedback to enhance production performance and reduce waste.

Requirements:

o Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

o Proven experience in production management within a high mix, low volume precision

Manufacturing environment.

o Strong understanding of machining processes, welding, heat treatment, and finishing

Techniques.

o Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

Manufacturing / Machining Knowledge

Process Prove-out / Planning / Improvement

Design / Method Engineering

Experience in Machining components (Metal / Plastic / Nylon / Polymer) in the ratio 70:30

CAD - NC Programming, Design / CAM Programming

SolidWorks / Catia / UG NX - 2D Drafting / 3D Modeling

Aerospace Manufacturing Background

Drawing Interpretation, GD experience

Preferably from South India (immediate joiner); candidates from Karnataka preferred
