Production Manager

to take charge of project execution, vendor coordination, quality control, and on-site delivery.

We are seeking an organized and proactive

Production Manager

to lead and manage the production and execution of interior projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning, vendor and material management, quality control, and site coordination. This role is key to ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end production and execution of interior design projects (modular furniture, carpentry, custom design elements, etc.). Manage and coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and in-house teams for smooth production and timely delivery. Supervise factory and workshop operations (if applicable), ensuring quality output and adherence to timelines. Conduct

site visits

, monitor progress, and resolve on-site challenges in coordination with the design and project teams. Review technical drawings and ensure designs are accurately translated into production-ready formats. Manage procurement, inventory, and material flow to meet project schedules. Ensure strict quality control of materials, finishes, and workmanship at every stage. Maintain clear documentation for production processes, schedules, and delivery tracking. Lead and motivate a team of supervisors, carpenters, and contractors to meet project goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields.

2-3years

of experience in interior project production, factory operations, or execution management. Strong knowledge of interior materials, modular furniture production, carpentry, and joinery. Experience in

reading and interpreting technical/AutoCAD drawings

. Excellent organizational, planning, and team management skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and basic AutoCAD knowledge.

Preferred Skills

Prior experience with high-end residential interiors or modular furniture companies. Understanding of budgeting, costing, and vendor rate negotiation. Hands-on experience with factory/shop floor coordination is a plus. Local language (Kannada/Hindi) fluency is an advantage for site coordination.
