A Jewelry Production Manager oversees the entire jewelry manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. They coordinate teams, manage schedules, and maintain inventory, all while adhering to safety and industry standards. Production Planning and Scheduling:

Creating and managing production schedules to meet deadlines and optimize workflow.

Team Coordination:

Working with various teams (design, CAD, casting, setting, polishing, quality control) to ensure smooth operations.

Quality Control:

Implementing and maintaining quality standards throughout the production process.

Inventory Management:

Monitoring and managing raw materials and finished goods inventory.

Cost Control:

Identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency without compromising quality.

Troubleshooting:

Identifying and resolving production issues to minimize downtime and delays.

Safety and Compliance:

Ensuring a safe working environment and adherence to industry regulations.

Performance Monitoring:

Tracking production metrics and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.

Team Development:

Providing training and support to production staff.
Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in jewelry manufacturing:
