Job Description
We are looking for a Production Manager for the 'Luggage'/'Bags' section in our company.Sporting Syndicate is the No.1 Sports Goods Exporting company in India and we are looking to sustain and grow the manufacturing of our 'Bags' section.What you'll do:
- You will responsible for handling the daily production rate of the section.
- Responsible for making sure that Supervisors and Workers are doing their work efficiently.
- Communicate with upper and lower level managers to make timely delivery of the orders.
- Help the company increase profits by reducing waste and increasing production times.
- You have strong base in the area of Manufacturing.
- Expertise in the field of Garments and Stitching is preferred.
- Previous Merchandising experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills are necessary.
- Ambitious towards self-growth and company-growth.
- Previous experience in the Sporting Goods industry is desirable but not required.
