Job Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced Production Manager to join our team at A L Paper House, the largest Handmade Paper & Paper Products Exporter in India. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that all operations run smoothly. This is a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, and is a full-time role. Qualifications And Skills 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar production management role Strong knowledge of the Paper Craft and Paper Industry Experience in the Export of Paper Products is highly desirable Knowledge of the papermaking process and techniques Excellent skills in production planning and resource management Proven track record in product management and improving production efficiency Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions Knowledge of safety and quality standards in the industry Experience in training and supervising production staff Roles And Responsibilities Oversee the production process and ensure that all operations are running efficiently Coordinate with different departments to meet production goals and deadlines Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products Manage and optimize the use of resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment Monitor and improve production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness Identify and resolve production issues and implement preventive measures Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Train and supervise production staff, providing guidance and support Collaborate with the product management team to develop and improve products Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in production techniques Prepare and present production reports to senior management
