About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead and coordinate the interior manufacturing workshop, specializing in furniture, lighting, and other design elements. This pivotal role serves as the main interface between the Design Team at the office and the production team at the workshop, ensuring design intent is translated accurately and efficiently onto the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary link between the Design office and the workshop, interpreting drawings/specifications and ensuring all products match design intent. Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure timelines, quality, and budgets are achieved. Implement, monitor, and enforce quality checks at every stage of production to meet design specifications and company standards. Oversee product deliveries, prepare and manage e-way bills and coordinate logistics for on-time delivery to project sites. Motivate and supervise workshop staff and assign daily tasks; conduct regular performance assessments. Liaise with accounts team for invoicing, billing, and cost tracking related to production and logistics. Identify and implement process optimizations for better efficiency, reduced waste, and cost containment. Enforce safe workshop practices; ensure regulatory compliance.
