Job role: Manager Production IT D & D

Factory assistant manager has to plan and implement production activities in a timely manner and with 100% adherence to prescribe quality standards, by insuring optimal capacity utilization of men and machines deployed on the shop floor.

Key Responsibility Area

Plan production schedules for the job.

Determine the human and material resources needed/required.

Workout and implement Standard Operating Procedures for production

Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures.

Set and maintain product quality standards through efficient production practices

Ensure that Supply Chain schedules are on time

Implement and enforce Quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives.

See to it that the workers always abide by the safety rules associated with the industry.

Monitor and review the performance of workmen and organize necessary training for improvement.

Communicate any problems or obstacles to senior management.

Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across the production lines.
