We are looking for an experienced

Production Manager

with strong knowledge of

Injection Moulding machines

to oversee and manage our production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes while maintaining high standards of

quality and quantity

.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities for injection moulding operations Ensure production targets are met in terms of

output, quality, and efficiency

Monitor and improve machine performance, cycle times, and material usage Ensure compliance with quality standards and production specifications Supervise production staff and coordinate with maintenance and quality teams Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and defects Implement continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and quality

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in

Injection Moulding

Strong knowledge of injection moulding machines, processes, and tooling Good understanding of

production quality control and quantity planning

Ability to analyze production data and improve efficiency Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices
