We are looking for a

Production Manager

in Bhiwandi Location.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Develop and implement production schedules to meet production goals and deadlines.

2.Coordinate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials.

3.Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in production demand or disruptions.

4.Oversee the entire production process, ensuring that it is running efficiently and effectively.

5.Monitor production metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that targets are met.

6.Implement and maintain lean manufacturing practices and other process improvement methodologies.

Qualification:

Bachelor degree in engineering or science.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
