The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily production operations for panel and structure manufacturing. The role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising manpower and resources to ensure efficient production output, quality compliance, and timely delivery as per project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute daily and weekly production schedules based on project and dispatch timelines. Ensure target achievement vs daily production goals, tracking performance against planned output. Supervise and manage shop floor manpower, ensuring optimal productivity and adherence to work discipline. Monitor material availability; prepare and share material shortage reports with procurement and stores. Coordinate with design, QA/QC, and dispatch teams for smooth workflow and quality output. Maintain and review daily production reports, highlighting delays, breakdowns, and improvement areas. Ensure adherence to 5S, Poka-Yoke, Kaizen, and other lean manufacturing practices. Monitor machine and tool utilization to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on the shop floor. Continuously review and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce wastage.
