Position: Production Manager

Job Summary

Artarium, a leading home decor brand under Essence Studios Group, is looking for a skilled Production Manager to oversee end-to-end production operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, maintain high quality standards, optimize resources, and drive continuous improvement across production lines including resin product manufacturing and 3D printing units.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities to achieve targets in quality, output, and timelines.

Implement and monitor 5S practices and other lean manufacturing techniques across the shop floor.

Supervise and guide production teams, ensuring discipline, efficiency, and effective people management.

Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality departments to streamline production schedules.

Manage resin casting, finishing, and 3D printing operations to ensure consistent product standards.

Maintain production reports, performance metrics, and dashboards using MS Excel or Google Sheets.

Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, molds, and consumables; raise purchase requirements timely.

Ensure all equipment and tools are properly maintained and calibrated.

Uphold safety, hygiene, and compliance protocols within the production area.

Continuously identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Production/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.

4-8 years of experience in production management or manufacturing operations, preferably in home decor, resin, or 3D printing industries.

Strong understanding of production planning, workflow optimization, and quality systems.

Hands-on experience with 5S, lean manufacturing, and team supervision.

Proficiency in Excel for preparing MIS reports, analysis, and dashboards.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
