Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Production Manager

with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a production or manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will oversee daily production activities, ensure optimal utilization of resources, and meet quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily production operations to ensure timely and efficient output. Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements. Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards. Manage a team of operators and technicians, providing guidance and training as needed. Maintain production records and prepare daily/weekly reports. Collaborate with quality control, maintenance, and inventory teams to streamline operations. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Strong leadership and team management skills. Working knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and reporting. Familiarity with lean manufacturing and quality control principles is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
