Job Description

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all toolroom activities to ensure timely manufacturing, maintenance and availability of tools , jigs and fixtures to support smooth production operations.
Oversee fabrication, repair, modification and preventive maintenance of tools, jigs and fixtures.
Coordinate with Production, Design and Quality departments for product launches and tooling trials.
Improve tooling processes to enhance tool life, accuracy and reduce downtime.
Prepare reports on toolroom performance, breakdowns, costs, and manpower utilisation
.

Skills Required:

Minimum 8-15 years of experience in Tool Room & Production handling
Strong knowledge of VMC /Wire EDM/Spark EDM/ CNC / Tooling operations
Ability to manage team and production planning.
Troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge preferred
Expertise in Tooling, Jigs, Fixtures, and Die Maintenance
Hands-on experience in Production Planning & Process Improvement
Capable of Team Handling and Shift Supervision
Knowledge of Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance
Ability to manage Quality Checks and ensure timely production delivery
Good understanding of Safety Standards and 5S Practices.
Troubleshooting skills and ability to reduce downtime

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
