Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage production schedules and capacity planning.
Monitor Work in Progress (WIP) and ensure timely completion of production batches.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, R&D, and Sales teams for smooth operations.
Track production performance metrics and implement process improvements.
Ensure production programs meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.
