Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and direct manufacturing operations to meet production targets and quality standards.

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production teams, including fabrication, assembly, painting, and testing.

Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.

Implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Collaborate with Design, Quality, Purchase, and Maintenance departments for smooth plant operations.

Monitor production schedules, process parameters, and output performance metrics.

Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory compliance within the plant.

Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Manage production budgets, cost control, and inventory planning.

Develop and mentor production supervisors and shop floor staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
