Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our beverage manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beverage production processes, plant management, and team leadership. This role is responsible for ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining quality, safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards specific to the beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Production & Operations Management
Supervise and manage all plant operations including bottling, mixing, carbonation, filling, packaging, and warehousing.
Ensure daily production meets quantity, quality, and schedule requirements.
Optimize equipment performance and production lines to reduce downtime and increase efficiency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
