Key Job Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and control end-to-end production activities across the transformer plant.
Handle and coordinate all departments including Winding, CCA, Tanking, Final Assembly, Testing, QC, Stores, Dispatch, and Installation planning.
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are met.
Supervise HV & LV winding, core coil assembly, tanking, and final assembly as per drawings and SOPs.
Oversee routine and special testing as per IS/IEC standards and coordinate with QC and customer inspectors.
Ensure stage-wise quality control, minimize rework, rejection, and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with Stores for material availability and inventory control.
Plan dispatch activities and ensure proper packing, documentation, and logistics coordination.
Support installation and #commissioning planning in coordination with site teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
