Organisation is leading Chemical Ink Manufacturing Industry and Printing Industry Located at Changodar, Ahmedabad.

Required Education : BSc or MSc in Chemistry with min 8 to 10 Years Experience as Production Manager Profile in Chemical Manufacturing Industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Plan and coordinate the production process, including the scheduling of production runs and the allocation of resources. Oversee shop floor operations ensuring adherence to quality control standards Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions when targets are not met Enforce safety and compliance standards across all operational areas Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce waste Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and supply chain departments to ensure smooth workflow Ensure that production processes are safe, efficient, and comply with relevant regulations and standards. Monitor production performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to improve efficiency. Manage a team of production supervisors and employees, providing guidance and support to ensure their development and effective performance. Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and dispatch, to ensure the timely availability of materials. Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that products meet customer requirements. Monitors production quality, ensuring adherence to standards and specifications Identifies and resolves production issues, suggesting improvements. Maintains production records, including budgets, schedules, and reports Quality Control Budget Management Process Optimization Safety and Compliance Reporting and Documentation Coordination and Communication Equipment Maintenance Inventory Management
