Production Manager
with strong knowledge of
machine production
and manufacturing processes. The candidate will be responsible for supervising production activities, ensuring quality, and achieving daily production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and supervise daily machine production operations.
Monitor and maintain production efficiency and output.
Ensure product quality standards and minimize rejections.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
Optimize machine performance and reduce downtime.
Maintain production records and prepare reports.
Coordinate with the maintenance and quality teams.
Requirements:
Knowledge of machine production and industrial manufacturing.
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good leadership, communication, and team-handling ability.
Experience in a plastic/industrial manufacturing setup preferred.
