Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the entire manufacturing process to ensure quality production. Implement and maintain industry standards to enhance product reliability and efficiency. Collaborate with production, design, and quality teams for smooth workflow and process optimization. Use CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for machinery design and modifications. Identify and troubleshoot technical and operational issues in production. Ensure adherence to quality control measures throughout the process. Coordinate with vendors for timely material supply and project requirements. Lead and motivate the team through effective communication and leadership. Stay updated with industry advancements and apply innovative manufacturing solutions.

Skills Required:

Technical:

Proficiency in CAD software, strong understanding of manufacturing processes, fabrication, sheet metal operations, welding, and BOM preparation.

Software:

Basic knowledge of Excel, MS Office, and data analysis tools.

Experience:

Must have prior experience in a machine manufacturing company.

Communication:

Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and written/verbal communication skills.

Problem-Solving:

Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

Other:

Good project management, leadership, and execution skills to meet production goals efficiently.
