Job Description

This job is for managing production of Plastic Injection moulding factory. It requires knowledge of plastic injection moulding process. Production also involves work with SS wires and laster marking machines.

Production Planning & Execution:

Plan, coordinate, and control all stages of the manufacturing process, from raw materials to finished goods. Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines and client requirements. Allocate and manage resources, including labor, equipment, and raw materials.

Team & Resource Management:

Supervise, train, and motivate production staff, assigning tasks and evaluating performance. Ensure optimal workforce efficiency and a positive work environment. Oversee the maintenance of production equipment to minimize downtime.

Quality & Safety Compliance:

Establish and enforce quality control standards for all products. Maintain a safe working environment for all personnel by adhering to health and safety regulations. Conduct inspections of materials and equipment to ensure adherence to standards.

Pay: ₹19,041.08 - ₹75,324.98 per month
