Job Title:

Production Manager - Diamond Jewellery Manufacturing
Location: Katargam, Surat

Timings: 8:45 AM - 7:15 PM

Preference: Male Candidates Only

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor daily jewellery production processes (Casting, Filling, Setting, Polishing, QC, etc.).
Plan production schedules and allocate resources effectively.
Supervise and guide production staff to ensure efficiency and discipline.
Maintain strict quality standards across all production stages.
Collaborate with design, sourcing, and dispatch teams for smooth workflow.
Control wastage, manage costs, and enhance productivity.
Maintain accurate production records and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:

Education:Graduate / Diploma (preferably in Jewellery Manufacturing / Production Management).
Experience: 5-7 years in jewellery industry(Diamond Jewellery Manufacturing experience is mandatory), with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
In-depth knowledge of jewellery production techniques and processes.
Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage large teams effectively.
