Job Description

Roles and Personality:-

Develop and implement production schedules to meet targets and deadlines. Streamline production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. Ensure proper allocation of manpower, machinery, and materials. Supervise, train, and motivate production staff to achieve performance goals. Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and coaching. Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise among production Staff. Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications. Implement and maintain quality control systems and procedures. Address and resolve any production issues related to quality defects. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods. Maintain accurate records of inventory and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or excess. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
