Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure that all furniture products meet the required quality standards and specifications. Identify and implement improvements to production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality. Lead and motivate the production team, including supervisors, production coordinators, and other production staff. Manage and optimize the use of materials, equipment, and manpower resources. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, design, and engineering, to ensure smooth production operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Typically requires several years of experience in furniture production, with a focus on leadership and management. Strong understanding of furniture manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment. Ability to identify and resolve production issues quickly and efficiently.
