Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Third-Party Manufacturing Coordination:


Liaise with third-party manufacturing partners to ensure timely production of chemical products

according to specifications and quality standards.


Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party manufacturers, addressing any issues or

concerns promptly.

2. Quality Assurance:


Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure consistency and compliance with

regulatory requirements.


Conduct regular quality audits at third-party manufacturing facilities to identify areas for

improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.

3. Production Planning and Optimization:


Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast production needs and develop production

schedules in alignment with business goals.


Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the production

process.

4. Supply Chain Management:


Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and

components to third-party manufacturing facilities.


Monitor inventory levels and manage inventory replenishment to prevent production delays.

5. Safety and Compliance:


Enforce safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe working environment at third-party

manufacturing facilities.


Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards governing chemical manufacturing

processes.

6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:


Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production output, quality, and efficiency, and

provide regular reports to senior management.


Analyze production data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.


Proven experience in production management within the chemical manufacturing industry, with a focus

on third-party manufacturing.


Strong knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes, quality assurance principles, and regulatory

requirements.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective

relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of driving performance improvements and

achieving results.


Proficiency in project management, problem-solving, and decision-making.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
