Job Description

A Leading Garments Manufacturing company is looking for experienced candidate in planning, coordinating, and controlling end?to?end garment production (cutting to packing) to achieve on?time delivery, target output, and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
Plan daily/weekly production based on orders, capacity, and delivery dates; allocate machines, manpower, and lines accordingly.
Oversee entire floor from cutting, sewing, washing (if applicable), finishing, and packing to shipment, ensuring smooth workflow and minimal bottlenecks.
Monitor line efficiency, WIP, and output; take corrective actions on low productivity, high defects, and rework.
Coordinate with merchandising, planning, maintenance, store, and quality teams to ensure fabric, trims, patterns, and machines are ready on time.
Implement and enforce quality standards, reduce rejections, and ensure buyer specs are met for each style.
Ensure safety, compliance, and 5S / housekeeping practices on the production floor.
Train, guide, and motivate supervisors and operators to meet targets and improve skills.
Requirements
Required skills and qualifications
Diploma / Degree in Textile / Garment Technology / Industrial Engineering / Production or related field.
5-10 years of experience in garment production, including significant floor management exposure.
Strong knowledge of garment construction, sewing operations, line balancing, SMV, and industrial engineering basics.
Proven experience in production planning, capacity calculation, and meeting shipment deadlines.
Hands?on experience with quality systems, lean / continuous improvement, and cost?effective production methods.
Leadership skills to manage supervisors and large operator teams; ability to handle pressure and solve problems quickly.
