Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute

daily/weekly/monthly production schedules

for Cutting ,stitching, finishing, and sampling. Coordinate with

store and purchase teams

to ensure raw material readiness. Evaluate

Karigar costing

and provide timely approvals to avoid payment delays. Oversee

sample production

for buyers and internal teams, ensuring adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines. Supervise all

production lines and processes

, manage manpower allocation, and resolve bottlenecks for smooth workflow. Prepare and circulate

daily/weekly MIS reports

highlighting delays, rejections, productivity issues, and process performance. Maintain production records as per

ISO and industry standards

, ensuring audit-ready documentation. Identify areas for

process improvement and waste reduction

; implement lean manufacturing practices where applicable. Take timely corrective actions to minimize

delays, downtime, and defects

. Develop, update, and implement

SOPs for all production processes

; train staff to ensure compliance. Collaborate with the

Quality Control team

to reduce defects and reworks. Submit regular reports on

production, rejections, and efficiency

to senior management.
