Job Description

We are a fast-growing garment manufacturing company specializing in men's bottom wear. We are looking for an experienced Production Manager who can manage end-to-end production, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and monitor the entire production process for men's bottom wear. Supervise cutting, stitching, washing, finishing, and packing departments. Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines. Maintain quality standards and reduce rejection/alteration rates. Coordinate with sampling, merchandising, and quality teams for smooth workflow. Allocate manpower and monitor daily production outputs. Maintain production reports, line balancing, and WIP tracking. Control wastage and ensure optimum utilization of resources. Resolve production issues and implement process improvements. Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 3

-5 years of experience

in garment manufacturing. Strong experience in

men's bottom wear (denim/non-denim)

production. Hands-on knowledge of stitching operations, machine handling, and garment construction. Experience in production planning, line setting, and efficiency improvement. Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills. Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
